Your home screen
The Home tab opens on a greeting, your facility name and today’s date, and gives you everything you need in the first minute of a shift.
Quick actions
Section titled “Quick actions”Five buttons sit under the greeting:

| Check In | The classroom roster, where you check children in and out |
| Log Meal | The Activity tab |
| Log Nap | The Activity tab |
| Incident | A new incident report |
| Inquiry | A new enquiry message |
Log Meal and Log Nap both open the same Activity screen. Pick the child first, then choose the activity type — neither button preselects one for you.
Attendance Summary
Section titled “Attendance Summary”Four counts for today, refreshed every 30 seconds:
- Expected — children enrolled for today
- Checked In — currently in the building
- Checked Out — collected already
- Not Arrived — expected but not yet checked in
Children
Section titled “Children”Below the summary, every child enrolled today, each showing Checked In, Checked Out or Expected. Tap a child to open their record. View All opens the full classroom roster.
If it reads No children enrolled today, nobody is enrolled for today’s date — check the classroom and enrollment setup in the web app.
