Registrations

Enrollments in the sidebar opens Registrations, with tabs for Register, Waitlist, Inquiries, Settings and Notifications.

  1. Select Initiate Registration.
  2. Enter Email Address, Phone Number, Parent Name, Child Name and Desired Start Date. Tick Is Subsidized? if it applies.
  3. Select Initiate Registration.

The parent receives an invitation email with a link to the form. Check the email address — the invitation is the only way in.

The pills across the top filter by status, each with a count:

Status Meaning
Invited Invitation sent, not started
In Progress The family is part-way through
Pending Review Submitted, waiting for you
Enrolled You have enrolled the child
Cancelled by Customer The family cancelled
Archived Moved out of your active list

The Step column shows how far a family has got, from Registration Information through to Consent.

Click the row. The drawer shows everything they submitted: registration info, child information, parents and guardians with pickup authorisation and custody notes, schedule, allergies, medical conditions and medications, immunisations, documents and the consent record.

Read the allergies and medical sections properly before you enrol. No known allergies reported means the family said there are none; No allergy information provided means they did not answer — those are different things.

Documents each have a Download link.

  1. Open the registration — it must be Pending Review.
  2. Select Enroll.
  3. Choose the Classroom and the Enrollment Date. Both are required.
  4. Select Confirm Enrollment.

You get {child} enrolled successfully, and the child appears under Children.

You need at least one classroom first: without one you see No classrooms have been created yet.

  • Resend Invite, on an Invited record, sends the invitation email again.
  • Archive moves a record out of the active statuses. Nothing is deleted, and it stays available under the Archived filter.

A record that is enrolled, cancelled or archived opens as View rather than Edit.
