Compliance dashboard

Compliance in the sidebar opens the dashboard, with tabs for Dashboard, Credentials, Licenses, Regulations, Checklists, Corrective Actions and Calendar.

The four figures

• Overall Score as a percentage — green at 80 or above, amber from 60 to 79, red below 60
• Credentials — active out of total, with any expired in red
• Licenses — the same
• Corrective Actions — open plus in progress, with overdue in red

The score arrives calculated; the screen does not show the formula. Treat it as a prompt to look, not as a statement about your license.

What needs attention

• Overdue Corrective Actions — up to five, each with the violation, the regulation, its priority and the due date
• Attention Required — Credentials Needing Attention and Licenses Needing Attention, the items expiring soon or already expired

Red is expired or overdue, amber is expiring soon. Deal with red today.

What this dashboard is not

It reflects what has been entered into Childcarious. A credential nobody recorded does not appear as missing, and a score of 100% only means the records you have are current.

Your license conditions come from your state or local agency, not from this screen. Keep using their checklist as the authority, and use this to spot what is slipping.

The expiring-soon window is set on the server and is not shown on any screen, so do not plan renewals against the badge alone — use Compliance calendar and the real expiry dates.
