Ask a question about your child

The Search tab answers questions about your own child in ordinary language, across attendance, activities, billing and more.

Ask something

Type into the box at the bottom and send. Three suggestions get you started:

• What’s my child’s schedule?
• Show recent attendance
• Any incidents this week?

Tapping a suggestion fills the box so you can edit it before sending.

You can keep going — follow-up questions understand what you asked before, so “and last week?” works.

Sources

Under each answer, Sources lists what the answer was based on, with the kind of record each one came from. Use them to check an answer rather than taking it at face value.

When it cannot help

• I couldn’t find anything matching your question. — try naming the child, or a narrower period.
• Sorry, an error occurred. Please try again. — a connection problem rather than your question.

Search reads your own children’s records only. It is not a way to reach staff — for that, use Messages — and it cannot change anything, such as a booking or a payment.
