See your child's day
The Activity tab has three segments: Feed, Learning and Photos. If you have more than one child, tap their name at the top to switch between them.
The day’s entries as staff log them, newest at the bottom, each with the time and the name of the member of staff who recorded it.
At the top, a count of Meals, Naps and Bathroom visits so far. Entry types include check in, meals, sleep, bathroom, temperature, activities and check out. Some entries carry a duration or a temperature reading, and any note the teacher added.
Use the arrows either side of the date to look back at earlier days. Tap for today brings you back. You cannot look ahead.
No activity yet on today’s date means nothing has been logged so far — entries appear through the day rather than all at once. On an earlier date it means nothing was recorded that day.
Learning
Section titled “Learning”This week’s theme and today’s activities for your child’s classroom, grouped by developmental area, with the materials each activity uses.
Learning always shows today, even when you have moved the date back in the Feed.
If it says No curriculum assigned yet, your child’s classroom has not been given a curriculum — nothing is wrong with your account.
Photos
Section titled “Photos”Photos and videos your child’s teachers have shared, grouped by date. Tap one to open it, then Save to keep it on your phone or Share to send it on.
Two things to know:
- This segment shows photos across all of your children, not only the one selected at the top.
- It is not filtered by the date you chose in the Feed.
The dedicated Photos screen does the same with a few more options.
If something looks wrong
Section titled “If something looks wrong”Staff log entries by hand during a busy day, so a time can be approximate and an entry can arrive late. If something looks wrong — a meal recorded that your child cannot eat, a temperature that worries you — message the facility rather than waiting for the next pickup.
