Inquiries
Enrollments → Inquiries collects tour requests, waitlist enquiries and contact messages from your website, along with enquiries staff record by phone.
Filter
Section titled “Filter”Two rows of pills: by type — All Types, Tour Requests, Waitlist, Contact, Phone Inquiry — and by status — All, New, Contacted, Converted, Dismissed, Archived.
The Source column shows whether it came from your Website, from Staff, or by Phone.
Read one
Section titled “Read one”Click the row. The drawer shows contact details, the child’s name, age in months and program interest, tour preferences where given, and the family’s message.
Act on it
Section titled “Act on it”The row buttons are icons; hover for the label.
- Mark as contacted — you have replied. Use it as soon as you answer, so nobody double-replies.
- Convert to registration — available for tour requests and waitlist enquiries. This sends a registration email to the parent and creates the registration: A registration email has been sent to the parent. Do not use it as a filing action.
- Dismiss — not a real enquiry, or not going anywhere.
- Archive — out of the active list, nothing deleted.
Add one yourself
Section titled “Add one yourself”New Inquiry records a phone enquiry. Form Type, Parent Name and Email are required; phone, child’s first name, child’s age in months, program interest, preferred date and message are optional. Internal Notes (not visible to parent) is for your own assessment.
Staff can do the same from the Inquiry button in the staff app.
Where website enquiries come from
Section titled “Where website enquiries come from”Your website submits to Childcarious using a form key, set up under Registration settings. If enquiries stop arriving, check the key has not been revoked and that your site’s domain is still registered against it.
