Welcome to Childcarious
Childcarious is a childcare management platform with three ways in. Which one you use depends on your role at the facility.
The web app
Section titled “The web app”app.childcarious.com is the full product: facility setup, children and classrooms, enrollment
and registrations, attendance, curriculum, compliance, tuition and reports. Providers and admins
work here. Staff and parents can sign in too, and see the parts their role allows.
The parent app
Section titled “The parent app”The Childcarious app for iOS and Android is for families. Check your child in and out, read the daily report, see photos, pay invoices and message staff.
The staff app
Section titled “The staff app”The Childcarious Staff app is for educators and facility staff. Run kiosk check-in at the door, log activities and meals, record incidents, plan lessons, track your hours and message families.

Every article lists the permission it needs. If a screen in a guide is missing for you, your role does not include that permission — ask the facility admin who invited you.
