Forms on your own website
Childcarious can host three forms for your own website, so enquiries land in Inquiries instead of an inbox.

Put a form on your site
Section titled “Put a form on your site”- Go to Enrollments → Settings → Storefront Form Keys.
- Create a key with your site’s domains, one per line, including
https://. - Select Embed code on the key, choose the form type, and copy the JS Snippet, the iFrame, or the Direct Link to use as a button.
The key only works from the domains you registered, so add both https://www.yoursite.com and
https://yoursite.com if you use both.
What families fill in
Section titled “What families fill in”Your Name and Email are required on all three. Tour requests also ask for the child’s name and age in months, a preferred date and a Preferred Time of Morning, Afternoon or Evening. The waitlist form asks for program interest and a desired start date. The contact form asks for a subject and a message.
Families see Thank You! and “Your submission has been received. We will be in touch soon.” — so make sure someone is actually watching the Inquiries list.
There is a verification challenge on the form. A family who sees Please complete the verification challenge. needs to finish it before submitting.
The two parent links you will be asked about
Section titled “The two parent links you will be asked about”- Register your child — the link in a registration invitation email. It opens the nine-step form, saves as the family goes, and can be resumed from the same link. Parents can also open it in the mobile app.
- Cancel this registration / cancel a waitlist spot — a link families can use themselves. It sets the record to Cancelled by Customer, and it cannot be reversed. If a family cancels by mistake, start a new registration or waitlist record for them.
Testing before you go live
Section titled “Testing before you go live”Submit each form once from your own website and check it appears under Inquiries with the right Source and type. A form key that is revoked or a domain that is missing fails silently from your visitor’s point of view, which is the worst way to find out.
