Photos and videos

Tap Photos on the Home tab. Everything your child’s teachers have shared appears here, grouped by day, with videos showing their length.

You see a photo only once a member of staff has published it, so there is often a gap between the moment and the picture.

Save or share one item

Tap it to open it full screen, then:

• Save puts it in your phone’s photo library. The app asks for permission the first time.
• Share opens your phone’s usual share sheet.
• Close goes back.

The caption and the date it was taken sit under the image.

Save or share several at once

1. Tap Select at the top.
2. Tap each item you want. The count at the top shows N selected.
3. Tap Save or Share at the bottom.
4. Cancel leaves selection mode.

If it says “No photos yet”

Nothing has been published for your children yet. Photos are optional for facilities and staff — an empty screen is not a fault. If you expected something specific, ask at pickup.

Please keep them to yourself

Photos taken at a childcare facility often include other people’s children in the background. Sharing them in a group chat or on social media can breach your facility’s policy and other families’ consent. Save what you like for yourself; check with your facility before posting anything publicly.
