Your profile, notifications and kiosk mode
Everything about your own account is in the Profile tab.
Your details
Section titled “Your details”The card at the top shows your name and the email address on your account. To change either, ask your facility admin — it cannot be edited here.
Time tracking
Section titled “Time tracking”The Time Tracking section is where you clock in and out. See Clock in and out.
Sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or a fingerprint
Section titled “Sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or a fingerprint”Security appears when your device supports it. Turn on Sign in with Face ID (the name matches your device) and you can skip your password next time.
Your device asks you to confirm with your biometrics as you turn it on. Turning it off removes it from this device.
This is for your own phone. Do not turn it on on a shared facility tablet — anyone enrolled on that device could then open your account.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Six switches, each on unless you turn it off:
- Attendance
- Activities
- Photos
- Messages
- Incidents
- Administrative
These control push notifications on this device only. If a switch flips back on its own, the change did not save — the app does not warn you. Try it again.
Kiosk mode
Section titled “Kiosk mode”Enable Kiosk Mode turns the device into a check-in station at the door. Set a six-digit master PIN first — you need it to get out again. Full steps are in Run check-in on a kiosk tablet.
Turning kiosk mode on switches biometric sign-in off on that device, and it stays off afterwards until you turn it back on.
Lesson plans
Section titled “Lesson plans”Lesson Plans opens today’s plan for your classroom.
Sign out
Section titled “Sign out”Sign Out at the bottom signs you out immediately, with no confirmation. On a shared device, sign out before you hand it on.
