Compliance calendar and trends
Compliance calendar
Section titled “Compliance calendar”Compliance → Calendar puts every deadline on a month grid, with counts of Overdue, Due Soon and Upcoming at the top.
Four kinds of deadline, each with its own colour in the legend:
- Credential Expiration
- License Expiration
- License Renewal
- Corrective Action Due
Click a day to see its deadlines in the panel on the right; with no day selected it lists your Upcoming Deadlines. Each one carries Overdue, Due Soon, Upcoming or Completed.
The calendar is read-only — change a date on the license, credential or corrective action itself.
Make this a weekly habit. Everything here was avoidable a month earlier, and a license that lapses can close a room.
Compliance trends
Section titled “Compliance trends”Trend Reports, reached from the card on the compliance dashboard, charts where you have been:
- Overall Compliance Score
- Credential Status Over Time — active, expiring soon, expired
- Corrective Actions Over Time — open, in progress, overdue, completed
- License Status Over Time
Switch the range between 30 Days, 90 Days, 6 Months and 1 Year. It opens on 90 days.
Export CSV gives you one row per snapshot with every count — the file to attach to a board report or hand to an inspector who asks how you are tracking.
Snapshots are captured periodically rather than live, so a change you made this morning will not appear until the next one. No trend data yet means none has been captured for your facility so far.
Reading the trend rather than the number
Section titled “Reading the trend rather than the number”A score of 88% that was 96% a month ago is a worse position than 82% climbing from 70%. The direction is the part you can act on; the level mostly reflects how much you have recorded.
