A daily sheet is the record of a child’s day shared with their family — meals, naps, diapering or toileting, activities, mood, and anything needing follow-up. Infant and toddler rooms are commonly required to provide one.
Handwritten sheets are duplicated effort: the same information is often already recorded for licensing, so the family copy is a second transcription.
Digital daily sheets remove that duplication and give families the update during the day rather than at pickup.
