Common questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. You can also pay via ACH bank transfer on annual plans.
What happens if I exceed my child limit?
We'll notify you and help you upgrade to a plan that fits. No children will be removed from your account.
Do parents need to pay to use the app?
No. Parent access is free. They can view their child's daily reports, pay invoices, and communicate with staff at no extra cost.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Do you charge per child?
No. Each plan is a flat monthly price for a capacity band, so your bill does not change as enrollment moves within your tier. Providers coming from per-child pricing usually find this easier to budget against.
What counts toward my child limit?
Actively enrolled children. Waitlisted inquiries and past enrollments that have been archived do not count toward the limit.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Annual billing is priced at ten months for twelve, so you pay 590 instead of 708 on Starter, 1,990 instead of 2,388 on Medium, and 3,990 instead of 4,788 on Large.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. There is no setup fee on any plan, and the 14-day trial gives you the full product before any payment is taken.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep access through the end of your billing period, and you can export your records to CSV before it ends. Account deletion can be requested at any time.
Do you offer pricing for more than 100 children?
Yes. Centers and multi-site organisations above the Large tier are handled individually — get in touch and we will size a plan to your enrollment.
